Being a Realtor, I know and understand first hand the issues involved for young people wanting to own a home, from a lack of inventory, to high rents - it’s very difficult to save for the down payment and qualify for incredibly high mortgages.
Our government has started putting programs in place to help first buyers to achieve home ownership - let’s hope the next elected government continues offering programs that will help.
